The effectiveness of gift-giving has a strong correlation to its psychological impact on the recipient by adding a logo or a message to the gift. The logo on a gift is termed as branding on corporate gifts.

ELEVATE OUR CORPORATE GIFTS WITH YOUR LOGO BRANDING

An organization’s brand is its stamp of approval. By working on corporate relationships, a company can grow and support its people. Recognition in the form of gifts is always valued and is a powerful display of appreciation.

We at Adroit Leathers have an expertise of Branding techniques on various types of Gifts with different kind of attributes like, type of material, utility of the item(s), packaging type, Shape of the products etc. However its not only product attributes which is a factor to decide type of branding, there are some other factors as well like what kind of logo is, how complicated the branding matter is.

Depending upon above factors, we at Adroit Leathers offer you the best suitable branding technique to compliment your precious Logo. We adopt following branding techniques:

Debossing

This technique is used to give impression of Logo with depth on a Surface like Leather or Faux Leather. We use a Brass Dye (of the design which is to be debossed). The brass dye is heated with a certain temperature & Stamped to the Surface of the product. Debossing gives different outcomes when it is used on certain special types of Faux leather & even genuine leather, in which the debossing effect shows very dark impression on the material because of heating of dye. That effect is called thermal effect.

Foil Printing

This technique is almost same as debossing, the only difference is that at the time of stamping a metallic foil is placed between dye & Surface of the product. This metallic foil can be of any color( Gold, Silver, Copper & even can be of solids colors as well like red, green, black, white etc.)Thefoil printing process can be used in Surfaces like Leather, Faux Leather, Paper, Box Lids,Velvet etc.

Laser Engraving (Etching)

Laser engraving is a process where the laser beam physically removes the surface of the material to expose a cavity that reveals an image at eye level. We can use this technique on surfaces like metal, wood, leather & faux leather. Each material gives different result of engraving. This process is computerised & requires a laser machine connected with a computer loaded with a CAD software where operator upload the logo file & then machine releases laser beam to give impression.

Screen Printing

Screen printing, is the process of transferring a stencilled design onto a surface using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee (a rubber blade). The basic process of screen printing involves creating a stencil on a mesh screen and then pushing the ink to create and imprint the design on the below surface. The most common surface used in screen printing is paper and fabric, but metal, wood, and plastic can also be used. It is a very popular technique because of many reasons, but the most compelling reason is the vast choice of colours that can be used.

Digital/UV Printing

UV printing is a distinctive form of digital printing that involves the use of ultraviolet (UV) light to dry UV ink almost as soon as it is applied to a Surface. The UV printing process is unique. The surface can include paper as well as any other material that the printer can accept. This can be foam board, leather, faux leather, steel, aluminium, acrylic etc. As the UV ink is distributed onto the surface, specialized ultraviolet lights within the printer are immediately applied to the material over the top of the ink, drying it and adhering it to the surface.
